Hey everyone, Huawei Honor 7, which was officially released back in July has now started to receive Marshmallow updates in India. But you just need to register for the update.
For receiving the update, you will need to register for it and then you will be receiving the update as OTA. You can register for the update here, you will be needing to provide you current software version, IMEI of the device, E-mail address and contact number (optional). You can find your software version by going into settings->"about phone"e.g.PLK-UL00C675B170 and get the 16 digits IMEI number by dialing *#06#
Honor 7 is a superb phone, having a screen size of 5.2 inches with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels which results into 424 pixels density. It has a HiSilicon Kirin 935, which is a quad core CPU having the speed of 2.2 GHz or 1.5 GHz (differs on the different variants of phone) and has Mali- T628 MP4 as GPU which is supported by 3 GB of RAM. It has dual-sim slots and also supports micro SD Card expansion (upto 128 GB). It has a 20 MP shooter with f/2.0 and also has a 8MP front camera. It is powered by a non-removable Li-Polymer 3100 mAh battery inside.
